Australian Business Industrial (ABI) thanks the Senate Standing Committee on Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (Standing Committee) for the opportunity to comment on the Fair Work Amendment Bill 2013 (Bill) which was tabled in the House on 21 March 2013. ABI notes that the Minister’s speech has not yet been given and the second reading debate is yet to commence.
