About this Submission
Business NSW welcomes the opportunity to provide input to contribute to the Consultation on the McDougall Review, COVID-19 and future opportunities for personal injury schemes.
The NSW government wants to stop a PBCU (Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking) from recovering its legal costs from SafeWork NSW if it successfully defends the charges. Business NSW strongly opposed this proposal.
