About this Submission

In a Statement dated 4 October 2023, the President of the Fair Work Commission requested that interested parties file proposals and draft determinations in support of any award variations that would make awards easier to use.

These submissions identify 5 categories of variations to modern awards that are proposed by Business NSW (BNSW) and Australian Business Industrial (ABI) and provide an outline of the grounds BNSW and ABI rely upon in proposing the variations.
