The NSW Business Chamber (the Chamber) welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Independent Reivew of the Retail Trading Amendment Act 2015. The NSW Retail industry contributes more than $17.2 billion to the NSW economy, is a significant employer, and acts as a key attractor in our offering to both domestic and international visitors.
