The NSW Business Chamber (NSWBC) welcomes the opportunity to provide a submission on The way ahead? Issues Paper of the NSW Planning System Review. This follows the NSWBC’s initial submission to the review of the NSW Planning System and its foundation legislation, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the Act) dated 4 November 2011.
