Productivity Bootcamp is an eight week program which provides young people with hands-on experience in many trades, helping them develop the construction skills and work values needed to succeed in the building industry.

Recent statistics show more than 80 per cent of graduates end up in full time employment while another 10 per cent return to complete, or commence, further education.

Business NSW has partnered with Productivity Bootcamp since its inception and have regularly visited the Quakers Hill and Penrith sites.

This new site further extends the reach of this fantastic initiative. Productivity Bootcamp has been an incredible success to date due in no small part to the passion of its founder Paul Breen and his amazing staff.

The number of young people employed after graduating speaks volumes for the approach taken during training, where no corners are cut.

Those numbers speak to the success of this venture in providing a viable pathway into further training and employment.
